How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Orkney within 2 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, though the islands can add a day or two during busy periods or bad weather. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the UK only. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, get in touch at hello@orkneysoap.co and we'll see what we can do.

Can I buy your products in person?

Yes. You can find us at Orkney Television Enterprise, 17 Broad Street, Kirkwall. See our Stockists page for opening hours and any new stockists as we add them.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. If you'd like to stock Orkney Soap in your shop, email hello@orkneysoap.co and we'll send over our wholesale price list and minimum order details.
