UK Delivery

We dispatch all orders from Orkney, so please allow a little extra time compared to mainland UK sellers. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

• Standard UK delivery: £4.99, 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Express UK delivery: £6.99
• Free UK delivery on orders over £50

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

We want you to love your Orkney Soap order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
• For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty.
• If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo and we'll sort it straight away.
