Keep your diffuser going with a refill rather than replacing the whole thing. Each bottle holds 100ml of fragrance oil — enough to refill a 100ml diffuser once. Available in all our island-inspired scents, made in small batches in Orkney.
How to refill: empty and rinse your diffuser bottle, then pour in the refill. Reeds are sold separately — we'd recommend fresh ones with each refill, as old reeds clog over time and won't throw the scent as well. Flip them every week or two to keep it fresh.

UK Delivery
We dispatch all orders from Orkney, so please allow a little extra time compared to mainland UK sellers. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99, 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Express UK delivery: £6.99
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50

International Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
We want you to love your Orkney Soap order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
- For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty.
- If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo and we'll sort it straight away.
